   This is the worst service I have ever met, Once I reserved two seats 05 & 06 to Mathara from Monaragala through internet. all the messeges and contact numbers were sent to me on the previous day. But those numbers were not respoding, any how I picked the bus at Wellawaya. But the conductor said that he was not informed by the system or any authority. I did not received the seats I reserved too. The conductor got rushed when I Inquired reason. My whole journey was not good. An any authority who may concern passengers care, this is for your attention!!
   I attch e ticket I received below.
