I strongly advise others not to call this number (tel:+94753224532) if they are expecting helpful customer service. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and came across as though she was annoyed that I was asking questions.
I was only asking basic questions about bus routes, where to catch the bus, and other standard information that anyone would reasonably expect the service to provide. Instead of offering assistance, she responded with an impatient and dismissive attitude, making it feel like answering these questions was a burden.
Customer service representatives are there to assist the public. If someone is unwilling to answer simple inquiries professionally and respectfully, it raises serious concerns about the quality of the service being provided. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and completely unacceptable.
