VERY UPSET ABOUT YOUR SERVICE!
I’ve phoned 4 times days ago to reserve a seat because I really, really need to get the bus to reach the airport.
The guy on the phone didn’t speak 1 word of English. So i made a local friend calling for me and they told him: just come at 6 o’clock and you’ll get your seat.
Guess what? I was there at 6 o’clock this morning just to hear that the bus was full!
Which kind of service is this one?
