This bus starts from Ruhunu University at 4:20 pm and arrives at Matara Bus Station and departs at 4:40 pm. It runs to Colombo along Route No. 02 Galle Road and then reaches Pettah. It starts traveling from the central bus station at 9:30 pm and reaches Nugegoda, Maharagama along Route No.122 Highlevel and departs from Maharagama Bus Station at 10:00 pm via Homagama, Meepe, Kiridiwela via Pasyala via Pasyala to Mannar via Route No. 15.
After that, the next day at 6:30 pm, it will leave Mannar and drive to Matara along the same route.
