According to the published timetable, a bus is scheduled to arrive at **4:00 PM**. However, at the Makubura area, there is **no bus arriving at 4:00 PM** on this route. Passengers are being inconvenienced daily because the time table does not match the actual bus arrivals.
Even when we call the office, we are told that “there is a bus at 4:00 PM”, but in reality, no bus arrives at that time. This has caused many passengers to wait unnecessarily and face difficulties due to incorrect information.
Therefore, I kindly request you to:
